3. Non-Defective Product Returns
For non-defective products:

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is unused, we will process a refund within 3 business days.
4. Exchanges

For free exchange orders:

4.2 Non-Free Exchanges
If the customer ordered the wrong size, wrong color, or made any mistake when placing the order:

The exchange is not free.

The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Once we receive the returned item, we will prepare the new pair within 3 business days.

After Shipment
